Разведенным отваром зверобоя поласкают рот при стоматите. При этом проходит воспаление и быстрее идет заживление.
При употреблении чая из зверобоя у человека проходят страхи, тревожность, депрессия, раздражительность, улучшается настроение, сон. Такой чай очень полезен женщинам в период климакса.
Отвар зверобоя издавна применяли для избавления от алкогольной зависимости.
Водяную настойку применяют при гастрите, цистите. При этом быстрее проходит воспаление и лучше идет заживление.
При подагре зверобой действует как мочегонное и противовоспалительное средство. Выводит соли из сустава и облегчает состояние.
При проблемах кожи: ожоги, раны, экзема, язва, он убирает воспаление, заживляет повреждения.
При потничке у ребенка делают ванночки с отваром зверобоя.
При ранах, ожогах, переломах, делают компрессы с настоем травы или обмывают раневую поверхность.
Противопоказания
Гипертония, беременность, аллергия, лактация, психические болезни, дети до 12 лет.
