Душица, лечебные свойства
Это многолетнее травянистое растение, о котором много легенд сложено.
В одной из легенд рассказывается, что слуга царя Кипра случайно разлил любимые духи хозяина. Зная о жестокости царя, слуга так испугался, что упал в обморок и превратился в цветок, запах которого напоминал о пролитых духах.
Этот цветок назвали душицей. Латинское его название оригано.
Говорят, что душица защищает от неприятностей, улучшает здоровье, укрепляет взаимопонимание и доверие.
Настой душицы при простудных заболеваниях, гриппе, ангине, бронхите, кашле, коклюше, бронхиальной астме. Он действует как противовоспалительное, повышающее иммунитет, антибактериальное, отхаркивающее, общеукрепляющее средство.
Ингаляции с настоем душицы используются при бронхите.
При сухом кашле употребляют настой душицы с мать-и-мачехой.
При ангине, стоматите, настоем растения поласкают рот и горло.
Чай с душицей помогает справиться с депрессией, раздражительностью, стрессом, бессонницей, гипертонией. Он повышает настроение, снижает давление, расслабляет, убирает головную боль, успокаивает.
Очень полезен женщинам в период климакса. С ее помощью улучшается их самочувствие. Душицу называют «женской травой».
Применение душицы положительно сказывается на пищеварении. Проходит метеоризм, вздутие живота, улучшается перистальтика кишечника, проходит боль, изгоняются глисты.
При проблемах кожи: дерматит, псориаз, угри, фурункулы, прыщи, аллергическое поражение кожи, душица убирает воспаление, сыпь, отечность. С ее помощью заживление проходит быстрее.
Душицу употребляют для профилактики онкологических заболеваний. Она является антиоксидантом и предотвращает рост опухолевых клеток.
Противопоказания
Аллергия на душицу, беременность, дети до 12 лет, лактация.
