Легенда о чистеце лесном
Его еще называют травой епископа. Чистец использовали для очищения и защиты от нечистой силы.
Этой травой набивали подушки, чтобы ночью не снились кошмары.
Отвар чистеца или настойка снижает давление, действует успокаивающе на организм, увеличивает силу сокращений сердца, повышает свертываемость крови. Его применяют при кровотечениях.
При употреблении препаратов чистеца повышается иммунитет. Очень полезен он при вирусных заболеваниях. Часто используется при ангине, бронхите, гайморите, кашле. Он действует как противовоспалительное и антисептическое средство.
Клубни растения используют как отхаркивающее средство при бронхите, ангине, туберкулезе, астме, простуде.
Настойку чистеца или чистец в составе сбора растений применяют для улучшения мозгового кровообращения, и как успокаивающее средство при нервных срывах, эпилепсии, истерии, обмороке.
Раны, ушибы, нарывы, мастит, экзема, лимфаденит, язвы, заживают быстрее, если к ним приложить свежие листики чистеца. Останавливается кровотечение, проходит воспаление и лучше идет заживление поражений кожи.
Отвары чистеца помогают справиться с перхотью и угревой сыпью.
Для улучшения пищеварения, перистальтики кишечника, при диарее употребляют отвар из клубней этого растения. При этом снижается холестерин и сахар в крови.
При боли в суставах хорошо помогает мазь, которую готовят из чистеца, сока алоэ, крапивы, воска, куриного жира и квасцов жженых.
При геморрое пьют отвар чистеца в молоке. Кал разжижается и легко выводится из организма.
При атонии матки, маточном кровотечении, для восстановления менструального цикла применяют отвар чистеца.
Противопоказания
Аллергия к чистецу, беременность, гипотония, лактация, склонность к тромбообразованию, дети до 3 лет.
